Got this for my boyfriend For our first anniversary, he absolutely loves it 💕 he looked how fast it warmed up and how it keeps everything pretty warm hot when it's on low. I like how the lid cover is completely the whole thing where mine's open pretty much in the back. This one's not. I almost want to buy one for myself lol 🤣 it was absolutely easy to put together

Great bbq

Easy to assemble, looks great, lights easy, plenty of heat.
We chose this model for the size, griddle combo and prep trays on both sides.
Iron griddles take extra maintenance for those unaware, but expand outdoor cooking posabilities.
Looking forward to having this grill on the deck for the next few years.

Easy installation. Super good quality compared to the price. It is possible that some components have been modified since 2025 because the negative comments are more for 2025. Because the packaging is very reinforced, everything is very well thought out so that there are no disenlignements during assembly. As long as on the heating tray, it is possible to spray a little oil between two uses because it is a little stress of the heating plates for BBQ. Congratulations Expert Grill for your product.

I am very happy with the Expert Grill.

So far, I'm really happy with the purchase. It took me longer than 30 mins to put it together, but it was very straightforward. Have not used the griddle yet, but excited to see how it works.

Not a bad bbq for the price. The griddle is a tad small but I knew that before purchasing. The grease trap for the griddle is awkward. Would have been better if it was larger and could use a foil insert to keep things easier and cleaner. The venting on the back of the bbq lid is a pain. I used to use my bbq as an indirect smoker. Far left burner on low with a smoker box of chips on the flame and the meat on the far right side. With the excessive venting there’s no way to contain the smoke in the chamber. I will have to MacGyver something.

It’s a basic starter bbq and griddle.

Loving it so far. The only thing I would like to have is four wheels rather than just two. Not that big of a deal but would make it a little easier to move around. It works great.

Worst BBQ you can buy!  I couldn’t even put it together as the legs broke at the welds! The welding was so weak that I literally split before I could even put the top part on! The customer service rep said Yep they have lots of problems with these…

Worst BBQ ever

I am extremely disappointed with this BBQ grill. The quality is poor, and when it arrived, it was damaged. One of the burners doesn't work at all, which is incredibly frustrating. I was expecting a much better product for the price, but unfortunately, this one does not live up to expectations. I would not recommend it to anyone.
