Ease as a breeze ramps

I purchased the 8 foot EZ-Access Ramp--WOW! The name is accurate. It is extremely easy to use and set-up. The solid aluminum construction provides an excellent means of fulfilling the need for access to our home. It can easily be transported to any location due to its ability to fold and carry. This gives the freedom that we could not have imagined possible. I also am very concerned about safety. The ramp provides a surface that is safe and durable. I highly recommend this product. Excellent Ramp that Meets the Need

Needed strong durable ramps for my wife's heavy electric wheelchair. These are very well built and are rated for weight well in excess of our need. The staff provided helpful advice and my order arrived very quickly. A perfect transaction!

Terrific Product!

It was simple to read the details about the 10" ramp I ordered. The video on line was helpful. I'm 73 years and can manage it by myself with the separating panels. The ramp feels secure once in place. Its not too flexible.

I bought the ramp to wheel my elderly mother from the house into the garage-two steps with a total 16 inch rise. I needed the 10 foot length and a very sturdy ramp to safely walk backwards down the ramp with my mother. Also she would not have used it if she felt any instability. The ramp is perfect for our needs. I keep it folded in half and use the stairs when it is not needed. And it is not difficult for me to unfold each time we use it. A very good quality ramp.

Good quality, sturdy, safe ramp

My company loves these ramps. We use them to load A/V gear, TVs and road boxes into our fleet of cargo vans. We really like how well they fold up and can load into the van for easy unloading later. We own 7 of these - one for each vehicle!

Great little ramp!

The 10' is sturdy, and of good quality. However, bulky and heavy for a small person to setup. The clips that hold each half of the ramps folded into itself were useless and did not work at all such that when you pick up the handle on a single half that is folded, it will unfold from itself and smash into anything in its path. The manufacturer needs to come up with a better mechanism for keeping these closed upon themselves. I ended up buying Velcro straps instead, drilling holes in the ramps and attaching the Velcro straps with bolts to the ramps. The other surprise I had was no fault of the ramps butswas that the power chair we load with this has too low ground clearance so that it hangs up on the bottom of the ramp with the powering wheels getting stuck off the ground due to some extensions that stick out the front of the power chair to keep it from tipping over forward and therefore needing a push. And then at the top when the powered wheels of the chair crest over the top off the ramp and into the vehicle, the power chair bottoms out on the battery located underneath and again the powered wheels are not touching anything and the chair has to be partially lifted an pushed. We load into an Aztek with a 29" high tailgate... perhaps too tall for these ramps? Glad we bought the 10' because these issues would even be worse with a shorter ramp that would result in a steeper angle and sharper changes in angle at the top and bottom. We also bought the Top Lip Extensions (TLE) which I would strongly recommend as they make the setup on the tailgate much more secure feeling than without . just be reminded that the maximum load is reduced when using the TLE's. And being anal, I drilled a couple holes in the side guards near the top so that I hook up a strap on each side to attach to hooks in the Aztek to be sure there is no chance the ramps will slide off the tailgate when loading, although I doubt that could ever happen with how well the TLE's set on the tailgate.

This was exactly what I was looking for when researching what to buy. The ramps have worked out perfectly and I give them an "A" rating with a positive recommendation to others looking to purchase this kind of product. Delivery was prompt. While using them I determined I could have used an 8 foot ramp to load my chair into the van. Their weight was as expected but it was also more difficult for my wife to set up. I like them!
