Setting up had some door issues with side ramp rails interfering with storm door opening. Moved ramp back from door, used wood to ramp over threshold and all works well. It's portability has also given me the access to visit my daughters home. Thus success is twofold.

I purchased this ramp for my 92 year old mother. They had one step about 7.5 inches in their house and this fit the bill. Other ramps I looked at had three hinge barrels in the middle of the ramp a definite trip hazard for some one with a walker. This ramp has ridges for non slip surface, a rubber hinge and edge ridges to guide the wheels on the ramp. A definite recommend to someone looking to make life easier.

Great Ramp

I have one step in my house that my husband has to negotiate in order to get to our entrance room. It has been increasingly more difficult for him to climb up that one step. Your ramp has made it possible for me to wheel him in and out of that room again. I am not that strong but I am able to move the ramp off to the side when not using it. FITS THE BILL

66 year-old female,walking, balance issues, then fell and broke my femur. I have been in a wheelchair since (10 months) I live with an adult son and the ramp was to get off his 15" porch into his vehicle. It worked great, I also appreciate that it is portable if needed. I used the specifications from Discount Ramps (very helpful) 8' occupied, caregiver pushing, 5' unoccupied. For me to use by myself it would have to be longer. Fast delivery & easy set-up for son. 8' L EZ-Access ramp

This is a versatile ramp, used it for a ramp for the front door- for someone who was in a wheel chair! Worked great! It is lughtweight, easy to fold, store away. Alluminum- great material- wont rust! Also used it to load heavy furniture it my trailer. Worked great!

Great ramp, lightweight, easy to move

Received my door ramp before the stair ramp. Called to find out the warehouse forgot to ship out my complete order. Customer service to the rescue. Lady (forgot her name) assured she would fix problem. To my surprise the following day I came home to find the ramp on the porch. Company must have shipped out overnight express. Ramp even came fully assembled except for a few screws. Ramp is awesome. Only forty seven pounds to lift as I use it daily to move my Mom around.
