I had 3rd degree tears from child birth and found this balm after many searches for relief. I spent the first 4 days post partum crying in bed from how much pain I was in. Once I ordered this balm and it came in, the relief was instant. I don't know how, but this stuff is literally magic. I thought the reviews were just over exaggerating but wow, it literally left me speechless. After just 2 days of use (also using the cooling spray) I was already able to get up and walk again. The balm provided me with an instant almost numbing feeling that I knew wasn't going to cause any infections because of the organic ingredients. I applied the balm after every bathroom trip. The tub is super tiny and I thought I'd have to order more but it was the perfect amount for my recovery. 

If you're contemplating buying this, take this as a sign and just BUY IT. I never leave reviews but this product deserved it, WOW. Hospitals need to start providing mamas with this instead of sending us home with just a peri bottle.
