[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed this at a corner of our house on a cinder block wall. It was simple enough (I used a hammer drill and some concrete anchors I had, instead of the hardware that came with it). The mount is simple enough, you can set the swivel to 'hold' in a straight on position, or to the sides. I set it to the 'sides' as that works best for my situation. All in it took less than an hour to get it installed. I hooked it up to water and pulled it all the way out and it worked great. No leaks, the tension was great - I was slightly uphill, and the hose (full of water) did drag the ground as I was walking it back. I'm a little worried about dirt/mud on the hose eventually causing additional stress on it. 

The spray nozzle is nice, but seems a little cheap, it has all kinds of settings (mist, jet, flat, etc), kind of like a showerhead, lol.

I love this thing though, I'm guilty of using a hose for whatever reason and leaving it in the yard for weeks/months, and this will definitely help!

And washing my car is no longer a task and I can save money by doing it at home! This is a high quality hose that is long enough to do many things. And the ease of moving about with it is just wonderful! No rolling up a wet hose that collected dirt and leaves while you roll it up! Nope, just a nice clean hose that easily rolls up. I love this product and I'll never use anything else!! And when it needs replacing, I'm getting another!! I'm super pleased with this water hose and water hose holder!

Best hose & Set Up Ever

The 50' hoses were a tad too short and 100' were more than needed, so this 75' is just perfect. Easy to install the wall mount and love the quality of hose  - doesn't kink.  Spray nozzle works great, too!

Gone are the days of tripping over the hose or trying to find the kinks when you just needed a foot or two of hose.  I absolutely love it.

Exactly what my house needed.

I used to have my hose laying around in the yard in one place or another because I hated coiling it back up.  This reel really works well and keeps the hose out of the way.  It even has a guide that tracks side to side as the hose retracts to keep too much of the hose from winding on one side and jamming the reel.  I've used reels n the past and have never seen that feature.  Very nice all around.

Enforced hose, good quality connectors, drum is compact and enclosed so hose won't get sun damage as happens with open drums. Comes with 7-modes spray nozzle as well. Easy to mount on the wall, but could be used as freestanding storage as well. Not too heavy, could be lugged around easily.

I was not expecting it to weigh what it did, so it took a bit more thought to get to installation. It comes with sturdy bolts which I was thankful for, however we needed to think seriously about where we wanted to mount it since it will likely be a permanent fixture on our home. And I mean permanent--it's built well--I believe this will be the only hose we own for the foreseeable future! Once you get past installation, the hose works just as it should! It retracts easily back into the storage drum. The spray nozzle is of good quality as well. I highly recommend this product!

Excellent Hose
