This little thing is super easy to handle. The tines pop off simply to clean when you try to overwork it, LOL! Always starts 1st or 2nd pull. It works just great as a hand weeder around tight spots in the garden. Use a real tiller if you are breaking ground on a new garden. Glad I bought this, it saves a tremendous amount of hand work and bending over.

This is a beast,no jokes,proper oil mix that comes with it and a gallon of gas.The tiller fired after only a few short pulls ,dont forget the primer bubble.Size doesnt always matter,i have a bed roughly 4x12 ate it right up.almost sad my tillings done,its a real treat to run a machine like its intended,no tools.have fun we did

Beast mode

Easy assembly. Started on first crank and have used for about 10 hours so.  As a cultivator, it is a lightweight. Big fields and unbroken ground will require a bigger heavier machine.  For smaller garden beds and preparing food plots in remote location, this 30# machine is excellent.  I also bought the de-thatching attachment.  Worked awesome on my home lawn.  De-thatched the front yard in a couple of hours.  That's a multi-day task with a garden rake.  Happy with my purchase.

the earthquake mini cultivator is small enough for older people to handle and does an excellent job in the soil of my small garden. It is small enough to work flower beds also . Plenty of power from the 43 cc engine to handle most soil. Great value for the product . Shipping across the US was within a week. delivered to my door.

This Tiller cranked on the first try everything we used it in the last few months.  We love it.  Does a great job on the dirt so we can plant our garden.  Highly recommend.

Great Tiller

Well packaged, fast delivery. Really pleased with how it operates in established flower beds and above ground garden. Does not dig up the hard clay base soil here in Texas, but very adequate for what i purchased it for.

Works really well, even to tilling unturned soil to make a garden.  Much more powerful than anticipated.  Very happy with purchase.

Powerful lightweight machine ! Great size and weight to keep those garden rows tilled . I was surprised on the power of this unit.

3 star rating was due to slow speed and small rocks that will stop it each time. The light design is great but the tines need to be made more ridged to prevent rocks from doing that. As for speed, it sounds like the caburator needs adjusted and the lower RPM is probably by design for safety. The manual says not too adjust. The last concern, I thought the edger was built into it with the design but when I assembled it, I found out it is sold separately. I would consider trying but I don't know if it's worth purchasing if the metal is as thin as the ground tines.

Great product with minor details

After getting it put together (easy), I could not ever get it to start. I called the manufacturer 5 times and tried all of their suggestions.   Last one was to take off cover to air filter and see if flooded, then wash, dry and oil it.  No!!! Not on a new product AND it requires a special hex head driver that I did not have. I returned it and am waiting for manufacturer to refund.  Terrible product and poor information in manual.
