[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool has worked great for my backyard which was full of tall weeds and grass. I had seen a video recommending it for that use and I was particularly interested because my backyard has very loose sandy soil, so when I try to bring my lawn mower back there, it just sinks into the dirt.  This tool is like a light saber for weeds.  I learned to start at the top of the weeds and swing slowly back and forth, heading downwards gradually.  So glad I got this, it's worked great for small and large weeds and grass for me.

My son in law ran over it with his truck (accidently) so I bought another one The second one was not as strong/powerful as the first one. I don't know if they refurbish the one I received or what. A little disappointed in the new one.

Used item one time, can't write an honest review after using item once. Mainly liked the weight. Half the weight of my old pole hedge trimmer.  Item delivered by Fed-x, terrible delivery company, said it was to be delivered on one day, then the next day, then they lost it in New Jersey , then item had to be reordered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in todays world its not easy to purchase value. this product is moderately ok. it is unwieldy and not a easy to use. it does with practice get trimming a large bush I have done. wish it were lighter and more balanced. still its better than being up on a ladder with a smaller but more effective trimmer

moderately useful trimmer

Too awkward and heavy to use when extended. Needs a strap attached closer to the clipper head to support it.  
I have painful tendonitis on top and below my left elbow after using it.
I cannot recommend this product. 
BTW, I'M A 6 FOOT 3" TALL MAN AND WEIGHT 195 POUNDS.
