Yes it is made of plastic. But as long as you aren't running into the poles it holds up well!! We love it. Taken it to a family birthday as well held up well!

we had so much fun playing it, but both balls popped within hours of us playing.

I purchased this set to use at the beach with my kids and we love it. It is easy to set up and easy to pack away into the car. I also used it at work and everyone loved it .

The poles tore (yes, tore! Strange pole material…) very easily. The very first time we used it!!  I'd consider spending a little extra and get a more sturdy set.  We had the people line up at the torn pole so whoever was on deck would hold it where it had torn so we were still able to play for hours. Once the next two poles tore/bent it was game over. It was so so fun but the poles need to be more sturdy. Looking for a different set now.

Crazy fun but crazy flimsy poles

Broke the very first time we used it. Play was gentle - not out of hand. Not impressed with the quality of this piece at all. And now that we've played with it, its really not right to return it. Junk. Keep looking.
