The steps are perfect for people with ladder issues. It's an easy step down or up. They are sturdy and look great. You will need a rubber mallet and a small block of wood. I tried to skip that step, but found it to be very necessary.  It's a fantastic product, and well worth the money.

The ladder is great very sturdy. I felt like I was going into. In ground pool it was a big hit this summer happy very satisfied with my purchase very satisfied with my purchase

Pool day

The ladder was easy to put together and it is very sturdy.  The only difficulty was getting the sand into the sides, but it seems to have worked and the ladder is not floating.

I liked the easy assembly and they're very nice looking.  We didn't have a funnel,  but sort of created one from a Styrofoam cup. Just happened to have some sand due to road construction here.   But other than that, they are nice for the sale price of $249

The pictures on the site did not match the product. we expected steps that were spindles on the side, the steps we got are solid on the sides. your pictures should be updated. for the price we paid we decided to keep them , they are sturdy, so they were a good value for the money.

Not what we expected, but still good.

We specifically chose this set of stairs because it allowed more water flow through the base of the stairs. This was due to the set having multiple openings pictured at the base that was made up of spindles instead of a solid piece. The set of stairs we received looks nothing like what is advertised except they are both the same color. The set we received is solid on both sides of the base with just two small openings in each side of the base. The stairs were also not as wide as described in the description. It would've been a pain to exchange them, so we decided to keep them. The handrails were a pain to fill with sand, but they look OK in the pool, so we are keeping them. Just be aware what is pictured is not what you will receive.

Looks decent and wasn't hard to put together but it's not open on the sides like the picture shows and it doesn't feel very sturdy- the steps and especially the railing. The caps have popped out a few times (even though I made sure they were flush and did it exactly how the directions said) and one cap broke during installation! After everything we went through to get it mounted to our deck d/t not being level with our pool, I don't know if I want to go to all the trouble taking it apart  to return it. Definitely wouldn't have spent the money if I'd known then what I know now though 😔

Not worth it

None of the panels stay together I don't know how to keep the thing on the bottom it's constantly lifting up other than the size. This whole thing is a disaster. I'm returning this. I cannot believe that I have to actually attach weights to it to keep it in my pool. It's off. This is awful. You guys need to reconfigure out how to use this. I'm gonna have to order another ladder.

Nothing what I expected

the steps are junk! we have only used for 2 weeks and the handles come apart, and the leg cover/bottom is ziptied on.. (per instruction! ), which doesnt hold. one leg completely came off, and neither will stay in place to cover the hole HOLDING THE SAND IN! so... day 2 the sand was leaking into the pool. thought we had it fixed until we realized thats just how the steps are made, so we had to use weights instead of sand, but still cleaning up the sand that is leaking in the pool since we cant empty it outside of the pool. i would not recommend.
