Ease Of Installation

I had someone put it together for me. It didn't take him very long. It looks great in the closet. The boxes are very heavy though. I bought three to fit in my walk in closet and I still had room to purchase a dresser to match for my personal things. I am thinking about adding a shelf along the top for additional storage.

Two months in and i am still super pleased with item. Love it. More space for my cliths to hang and space underneath.  My reason for this closet organizer was because i needed to keep my kid toys on the ground. Fit right in like a glove. Love love love this item

Easy to assemble and looks great

We have used this system before and it works great. Using it this time in a craft room, nice to be able to adjust to my liking to fit my containers etc... I already had extra pieces so it is convenient that it is portable. 
It arrived well packed and sooner than we thought.

Works great

It's time consuming because I had to cut the rods into the right size for the closet. I also didn't like the holes placement for the rod. So I had to do some adjustments. Planning to get some pieces to make the upper right and left shelves.  Lastly, could use some more tips/tools for better support.

Overall, I thought this was great because I was able to build it the way I wanted my closet to look.

Do It Yourself Project

Easy to install. Useful design allows for maximizing hanging space.

Product arrived with some damage. Not enough to bother dragging into store for replacement.

This closet set up was for my sons room and it had limited space , it was easy to put up , and it came out looking nice

Good item for the price, good quality, but a rod was missing in the box, and only noticed it once all mounted on the wall. Still trying to have this fixed. As seen in many reviews, the box is extremely heavy

Good item but missing parts

I have built two different closet setups and a laundry shelf assembly with this kit.  For us semi-handymen it is fairly simple and nice to put together and, on sale at 103.99, doesn't cost a whole lot more than building the same from scratch.  I especially like the fact that it hangs from the wall like cabinets.  I always screw  a regular 15"melamine shelf ($22 from HD, in place of the supplied 24" shelf) to the top of the uprights to add horizontal stability, though.  I wouldn't trust it without that.  Still cheaper than the upgraded kit that includes the top shelf.

Very Versatile Shelving

The product appears to be just about what I expected.....a middle-of-the-line cabinet which was easy to assemble.

Unfortunately the product was useless as a result of damage in shipment. The EasyTrack products are not a stock item at WalMart. They are special ordered in and you pick them up at the store. I ordered nine units. Upon arrival two were clearly damaged and I requested an immediate refund. Two more had broken panels upon opening the boxes. One large hutch unit, which arrived two days after the rest of the order, was literally broken in half upon arrival. These units are constructed of pressed wood which is quite heavy. The light weight cardboard boxes, with no filler material to keep the panels protected inside, is clearly inadequate for the rough handling involved in shipping individual boxes. A stack of like items secured to a pallet might have a better chance but the Site-to-Store ordering system Walmart has in place for this type of merchandise is a complete waste of time and money.

Good product. Terrible packaging.

I bought this kit because it was the cheapest one I could find. (Keyword: cheap.) This entire unit is made to hang on the one metal lip that secures horizontally on the wall. The metal is screwed into the wall, but the unit doesnt screw into the metal. It literally just rests on that lip. And the only thing stabilizing the vertical shelving is the actual clothes bar that pops into the verticals. You can easily shake those loose with your hand. So, you will need to buy extra bracing to secure the whole unit. And the clothes bars are pretty flimsy. BUT, you get what you pay for.

Kinda Cheap

Just getting the bracket onto the wall, has been a nightmare. I have gone through 2 stud detectors and bought so many tools, it's note even funny. My wall is swiss cheese at this point. You go online and see that 1 person can put this on the wall. I am fed up with just getting the brackets up. So much so that I am sending my spouse to a competitor store and going to spend 3 times as much and just get a better system that doesn't have to be installed on a wall. Be warned.....unless you can find your studs....look at another product. I am taking all of these back to the store.

Pain in the tail.
