Assembly

This closet system is fantastic. It is so versatile. We had enough space to order the single unit with the drawers because I really wanted drawers and that is hard to come by it seems. We couldn't find any closet systems anywhere due to supply issues and we were debating with 7 closets to furnish what we were going to do. We chose to go with Closets by Design for the majority of our closets and when I found these I decided to go with these for 2 guest bedrooms we have. We got them in less than 3 weeks...I have to wait 5 months for my Closets by Design and these are sturdy and durable. My husband is very handy so it took him about 3 hours for 2 closets. It does take some time to set up but they are fantastic and look great and I am spending 20 times the amount on all my other closets which I want to kick myself for! If I had known they'd come that fast and they looked this nice I would have installed them everywhere. Even for the type of wood they still are durable and look really nice!

I really like this closet set up! I have small rooms and closets in my house, so this is truly great. It was fairly easy to put together, despite the terrible directions. I had to use my woodworking and metalworking knowledge together, as well as deductive reasoning. All the pieces arrived with no damage.

Maximized Closet Space

Understand that if your side panels are not mounted to the side walls of the closet then they are only free hanging. Our closet had 2" to 3" of free space. Could have either "shimmed" the side panels to the wall or we purchased 3/4" wood dowels to go inside the hollow pipes - then you can screw these to both sides reinforcing the entire unit. You have do do something or the side  tops can fall off and potentially hurt a child or unsuspecting adult.

good value careful if closet is wider than 8 feet

Be prepared. The assembly directions are not the greatest. This is not an hour job. Plan on an afternoon. The quality is fair. You have to super careful with the panels as the laminate veneer material is quite thin. As another reviewer noted, if any of the side panels are not flush against a wall and free hanging, they are not very stable. They need to be reinforced. I used L brackets. Once fully assembled, it looks fine; probably a bit Below IKEA level of finish. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fair Quality

Some issue with finding studs but all in all nice    Wish one of the sides didn't have the peg holes as it shows when closet door is open. Going to wallpaper it!

Great will keep

Relatively easy to install. Some pieces require slight manipulation but overall good design and quality for the price

EasyFit closet

It was missing a key part in order to put it together... a part supposed to come in the box, but i'm having trouble getting anyone to respond to my requests to send me the part (I've paid for)

I would buy it again.. except

I can't share a photo because the closet has yet to be installed.  I paid for the team of ‘expert' fitters to install but the first person who turned said he couldn't install.  I rescheduled and the person didn't turn up.  If you are providing this service to customers I would have expected that you would have partnered with some company that was reliable.

Not Impressed

I could not inventory items in boxes with the instruction booklet since the boxes arrives at different times and were not identifiable with the Ashley SKU numbers

It will be great once they are up.
