Make certain that you heat it on high power for at least a minute before putting in the food that you want to crisp.  The pan must be very hot to get the crisping process started.  
I fried frozen bacon and found that I had to wipe up the moisture from the thawing before the bacon would crisp up.  So no soggy wetness on the bottom of the pan or you won't get crisp food.

works okay.best when heated for a minute or two.  Also frozen foods need to be defrosted with some of the water removed.  water makes the food not crispy, eg steam.

Bought a Microwave Crisper Pan.  Exactly fits my needs.  Love fried eggs - never had much luck!  The Pan changed all that!  Great for frying it all!

It was delivered on time.  couldn't believe all the foods I used the crisper for.

Microwave Crisper

I been using this pan everyday for 2 years. The directions are to heat 3 minutes before using. When I heat it longer the glass microwave turning plate will get hot and stay hot as the plate staying hot.  Results are items can get crispy with but cooking with Microwaves waves heating up the food.  You can make a crispy grilled cheese or anything.  Trick is to keep pan hot. Best invention next to running water in your home when used properly.

Best cooking invention

I was so excited to find this item on-line and ordered it right away. I have French bread pizzas quite often for lunch and use frozen French fries on occasion at dinner time. I use the microwave and oven to thaw and bake the pizza and the oven to cook the French fries. I wanted to find a way to crisp the pizza and French fries in the microwave to save the heat of the oven during the hot summer days. I tried using the crisper pan and had droopy pizza and soft French fries. There was no crisp anywhere. Perhaps the fault lies with my techniques and my equipment rather than the pan itself. I will continue to try to adjust the cooking times and temperatures. I definitely want this to work successfully.

Great Expectations

I warmed up a panzarotti (it's like a calzone) and it overcooked it.    Did some frozen French fries. Had to reheat several time.  They came out OK but not great.  Than I tried 4 strips of bacon.  So, so.  Guess I need to experiment more.  Sure wish there was a recipe book included.  At this point I would not recommend to a friend or family member.

Was so excited to receive this product based on a lot of reviews. But my experience, it was just —Meh…
