This came partially assembled, but the bulk of it was very straightforward and easy to follow. The separate instructions for the sway bar were equally simple, but could have used more on how to adjust it correctly. Overall, I am ecstatic with how much a difference there was when towing our camper. This is certainly a rugged rig, which I expect to last for a long time. It was also easy to unhook from the camper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far is pretty good.  The only issue I've had is the bars are a little hard to get out.  

I am using this on a about a 7,000 lb RV.  Took it to the dealership here in town to get installed.

This unit is well made and had easy to understand instructions for mounting and using.  It was received within just 4 days from time of ordering.  Another plus!
