Very happy with this purchase. Extremely easy assembly, as most of it is done for you. I think there were 12 screws to put in (6 per side), that's it. The problem some might have is there is no manual - it's 2024, everything is online! Having said that, scan the QR code and the instructions pop right up. Couldn't be easier to follow, and comes with a video so you can literally see what screw goes where. Pause/rewind the video, until you get it. One of the easiest things I've ever put together! The treadmill itself is awesome. Very very quiet, easy to move despite the size. The walking mat folds up very really and lowers with a hydraulic, so you don't break your back lowering the mat down; excellent design. Easy to use buttons to program your workouts, change speeds, incline, and controls on the handrails for quick and easy changes too. Large screen, bright blue colors easy to see, lots of room for a phone or tablet and 2 cup holders. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommend. I will say I'm a walker, not a runner, so can't really comment on the shock absorbency. But I'm a big guy though, and it is very comfortable and easy on my joints.

Unbelievable treadmill at an unbelievable price! Great smart technology for coaching, training and motivational games. Really can't believe this quality of the Echelon brand at this low price of only $799. Saving money and getting healthy!  Hubby will be so HAPPY!

Fantastic Treadmill and Price!

Themed runs on the Echelon Stride 40 Sport are my favorite way to spice up my treadmill workouts. Whether I'm racing through a virtual city or exploring a scenic trail, they make exercising feel like an adventure. And the best part? They've helped me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals. It's like having a mini-vacation every time I step on the treadmill!

Themed Runs Make Exercise Fun

So far, so good! This treadmill is exactly what I was looking for. It fits great in my space and has just the right about of power and incline. It's quiet enough that I can use during nap time :)
