I received my Air Conditioner without any hesitation .. Within 2 days of ordering. I had purposely ordered this so as to no run into a shortage of supply come summer. So I have not installed the Air Conditioner as yet. Be it, that the item came from a local company I am assured that all will go well as I get ready to install and run it.

Waiting for warmer weather.

compact, not too heavy.  Cools room quickly.  My only complaint is that it's a bit too loud
