[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been working on setting up a pump fountain in my backyard and had tried a few other pumps but they wouldn't last and definitely didn't work very well this one however works great just what I needed to get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good commercial grade air pump. We have been using this in our larger pond and it works so much better then the 1 we did have. The pump provides a good, stronger flowing air supply to our fish. I would say that it is a bit more on the louder side but I'm sure that goes with the power this pump provides. The pump sets on sturdy legs and we have not had any issues with vibration or wanting to move. There are 6 values on this pump with the option to do up to 12 if needed. The pump does not come with any tubing so u will need to make sure u have. I love the power and the amount of air it is providing to our fish, peace of mind knowing that you have a good, right amount of air supply.

Does the job well. However it is noisy and runs hot.

String heavy duty pump!

The pump is a little weaker than I thought it would be but it is still acceptable. I'm using it indoors and I noticed that it did get a tiny bit hot. I decided to connect a wall wart to a CPU fan and place it next to the unit. It works marvelously and stays cool to the touch. If you're planning on using this outdoors and any sunlight Shines on it I guarantee you it will eventually fry. If you do not let the unit run wide open and cut back the valves a little and give it some back pressure so to speak it will quiet down a lot. I also used a piece of tubing approximately 8 inches long on the intake and diverting it in another Direction help quiet it down as well. The last thing I would like to mention is the valves are extremely accurate I love them. Update still running like a champ. You'll need to occasionally remove the back plastic cover and clean the foam filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this pump with a large aquarium. On the plus side, it produces tons of air. On the downside, it is very loud. It is so loud that it is distracting. It might be better as a small pond aerator.

Powerful pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is terribly loud. It doesn't put out any more air than my cheapo air filter I picked up at the pet store. It rumbles it doesn't make even a consistent sound. People who have heard it said it sounds like a jackhammer. Some of the parts are sticky. I'm not sure why that is. It's a nice looking unit but I just can't recommend it.

This Pump is extremely noisy and is not suitable for indoor use.  Don't waste your money on this product.  I would give it a negativity rating, but they force you to give it at least one star for the review.

You definitely do not want to leave it running and leave the house. I think it.is.for sure a safety hazard. Please rethink the purchase of this item.
