This is a phenomenal item.  It replaced a 40 gallon hot water tank and the water was hotter, the bills were less because it o my turns on when there's water going through it.  It o my took one breaker as well albeit calling for 6 gauge wire.  I bought it to pick up space for a half bath in my cottage.  The ONLY complaint I have with this is there's no drain on the bottom of it and the inlet and outlets are on the sides towards the top and when I drained my water for the winter I did not get it all out and it froze some water and ruptured when I went to turn it on.  It was my fault and I know what to do next time but I'd recommend quick disconnect shark bites so it can properly drain.

installed this in a 1 bed / 1 bath efficiency unit and it seems to work well.  The lights dim a little and flicker very slightly when in use, but i expected this as i have owned other electric tankleas water heaters before.  Great price point for what seems to be a quality product, but time will tell.

This is our third location to install an EcoSmart water heater. Love them! Very easy to install. We had one in our old barn and currently have one in a wash house. We bought this one for our workshop which has a full bathroom and kitchenette.   I suggest using flexible lines to connect to the sides of the unit if you are not particular about the look.  This is a pic of a smaller unit, but setup is identical.

Hot water-- fast and inexpensive!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best price at Walmart.com!!! Does exactly what I need for my family of 3 with the occasional overnight guest. We never run out of hot water. Wish it came with everything needed like hoses and that sort of stuff because it was a little inconvenient and confusing for me - someone with absolutely no plumbing or electrical experience! Overall I am very pleased with this product!🥰

Replacing my Eco 12 only after 6 yrs. Previous owner didn't do the yearly vinegar flush.

we instilled this water heater for our kitchen and laundry room needs to save on water waiting for the water to get hot from our larger unit for the main bathroom.  This heater lasted 10 years without fail and supplied plenty of hot water for the kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine and laundry tub. I gave 4 stars because obviously we wish it lasted longer...

great little water heater

does not work as intended,  keeps on changing the water from low heat to extremally hot constantly does not regulate.  I got a other new ecosmart and it works perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Tankless Water Heater to replace my older model from 2014.  It came without O Rings, the wires were disconnected.  Cost me double for the plumber to install it, as he had to use parts from older model to create one.  Obviously this was a return, or poor packing by manufacture.
