This 'T' stat is great! I've only had it for about 5 months so I'm still learning all the functionality. It has an Alexa receiver so you can just talk to it to adjust the temperature and other functions that I haven't learned yet. Pretty expensive but worth it. Best price was on Wal-Marts site.

I have had the thermostat for a few weeks, and it is doing well.  It has learned the house patterns, and it feels more comfortable.  I live at the beach, and between 4 and 6 PM, the house is at its weakest cooling ability.  The learning has helped it adjust, and we are very comfortable, instead of complaining.  I did add sensors so that it averages the temp through the house.  In my opinion, that is the golden ticket.  I have added the door sensors and doorbell camera.  Everything plays well with Apple.

Ecobee

I had a more basic wifi thermostat prior to the ecobee and switching to this thermostat was simple yet provided me with so many more options and functions than I had before.  Connected to the wifi with nearly zero effort (just had to remember my wifi password) and then it was a breeze to set up.  Connected to Alexa which was a nice touch but I may switch to Siri in the future.  I have enough Alexa devices around already.  It also integrated into my Home Assistant ecosystem with zero issues.

Amazing thermostat!  Zero regrets.

Had this thermostat installed two weeks ago with new Carrier HE heatpump.  I also have a gas furnace as auxiliary heating.  Thermostat works great, is easy to configure and I have since added an Ecobee doorbell camera where the thermostat also acts like a hub for security.  Overall great features and very intuitive to use.

Ecobee Premium- Great thermostat

I purchased the security package, thermostat, doorbell camera and two door sensors and room sensor. I had a local HVAC company install and configure the thermostat on my heat pump system. Then I installed the camera and the sensors. Very easy installation and purchase included 1 year subscription to the security service. I highly recommend this system.

We had our Ecobee Smart Thermostat installed alongside our new air conditioning unit, and the process was incredibly quick and seamless. We were immediately impressed by the device's sleek design and user-friendly interface. Transitioning to Wi-Fi-enabled climate control has been a major upgrade, making it effortless to monitor our HVAC system and adjust temperatures from our phones, tablets, or computers. We also added a SmartSensor to our bedroom, which has significantly improved our comfort and temperature accuracy at night. We are very happy with our choice and highly recommend this thermostat.

I decided to install an AC system and they installed an ecobee smart thermostat . I was worried when they told me to install the app because I'm not very good understanding apps. But I was surprised how easy it was to set up my account.  I even signed up with my utility company for the Smart Rewards program. I love the thermostat because it is easy to read and I can easily control the temperature manually without my phone. I'm sure it does a lot of other things but as I said I'm not not good apps. I'm a senior and it keeps the whole house the correct temperature with (ET...that's what I call it)plus the bright large numbers are easy to read. Lets me know the humidity level  clean air and the temperature outside.  Love it

I'm very please with the ecobee thermostat. It's very intuitive. And being wifi enabled makes it so easy to manage & control with the iPhone app; no matter when I'm home or somewhere else. Only problem I haven't solved is when humidity hits a certain level (71%) it turns the AC on no matter what it's set to. So if I set it to 80 at night so I can open windows and skylight to cool the house overnight, if it hits that humidity level the AC comes on with the house opened up!! I'd love to know how to get around that problem!

Like this product but there's a feature on it that absolutely drives me crazy! It's called eco plus and it basically turns down your temperature for you when it's an expensive time to do it even when you don't want it to be that cold and you can't turn it off for longer than a week! It's the most frustrating thing, can't wait to not have to deal with it anymore. It has an option to turn off indefinitely but when I try and click it it won't load. Other than that I like it but that's a pretty big deal for us. Sometimes we will wake up and it's freezing in here. Just a real pain in the butt if you ask me.

Don't love this product

This thermostat has extreme temperature fluctuations. Per its own smart sensor sitting right next to it. The smart sensor  will say 70° but the thermostat will say 75 you can adjust it in the thermostat so you can zero it in essence, however, when you change it from say cool to heat, the problem goes the opposite direction. I also crossed check this against another thermostat that I have, and it still has the same problem this pro thermostat is extremely unreliable.
