I had bought 2 of these tower fans based on the good reviews. The fans are as advertised and reviewed.
However the package received seemed to have been opened and re-tapped. 
Missing in the boxes were the extension posts and remotes. 
As they were gifts it was somewhat embarrassing and we are still waiting for the manufacture / supplier to respond in compensation and spare parts. 
So I was not able to give an excellent review.
