Favorite gift!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughters.  Put it together (easy assembly), and charged it so it would be ready Christmas Eve.  NOTHING!!  Went through all the steps again, and NOTHING!  After doing some research, this seems to be a common problem.  So disappointed because I know my granddaughters would have loved it had it worked.  Now have to scramble for a different Christmas gift 4 days before Christmas!
