[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I waited several days before unboxing these speakers because I was looking for a low-cost subwoofer to go with them. I decided to go ahead and start using them and after hearing the sound quality, I don't need a subwoofer. I love these speakers!!!

Easy set up.  I was pleasantly surprised, it's an excellent combination with the Fluance RT81 record player. You will have to fiddle around with the treble and bass settings to get that perfect sound, but all and all it's a great buy!  Would recommend!

Powerful little speakers

Nice

They look nice and the fit and finish is good. Sound quality is a big improvement from built-in TV speakers. I haven't turned them up all the way, there is plenty of volume for my living room. Was easy to pair with my Fire TV stick, and I can make volume adjustments with the Fire TV remote. The remote for these speakers feels very cheap, I'd expect something a little nicer for this price range.

Good volume, good SQ, a great improvement.

This is my opinion on the Edifier R1850DB self powered loud speakers.
Very nicely built and stout speakers with loads of amplification, however their sound quality was just so so.  But if you just need some super stout and super loud speakers, they may very well be the right ones for you.

Recommended.
