Quality is excellent.  Installation was as easy as these things can be.

Drawbacks:
1) opaque - Increases the size of blind spots on my 2023 Ram 1500.
2) does not accommodate retractable mirrors - I bought these four to replace the two that were installed only on the front windows when I bought the truck used.  The old ones had a strange bump that I didn't understand the purpose of until I installed these new ones and retracted the side mirrors.  The bump allowed the mirrors to retract without touching the visors, but these new ones do not have it, so the mirrors press on the visors when folded in.
