We had to move our dining room chandelier over a foot.  The junction box needed to remain accessible.  We didn't like the small round cover our remodeling crew used.  We have a contemporary kitchen and dining room and didn't realize that ceiling medallions could be contemporary!  We ordered this medallion using custom dimensions to fit our fixture and cover the junction box.  It is absolutely stunning!  It is the perfect accent for our ceiling!  I am so happy we had to cover that junction box because I never would have thought to install a ceiling medallion in our home!  What a beautiful piece!
