Ordered Dec 15. Delivered Dec 23 (and in a big blizzard). Very good delivery speed for Xmas season. Was surprised the inner box was a snug fit inside the outer box without any padding between, but no damaged pieces. Each cup had rippled cardboard around it. Cups have a sturdy heft, and nice sheen to surfaces. Wanted plain white, and that's what I got. Would order again, but I don't need more.
