I owned this blowdryer for 9 years and it finally died... I ran out to get a new one and Bed, Bath did not carry it so I bought a Revlon one because I needed to dry my hair immediately.  What a disaster--never again.  Ordered my trusty Elchim 2001 on-line and I'm so happy to have my normal hair back.  I have very frizzy, course, thick hair and this is the only blow dryer that can make it smooth, shiny and beautiful.  I love the Elchim 2001!!!!  It's truly remarkable how good it is.  I am so happy to have a brand new one!!!

Elchim hair dryers are the best I've ever used.   Cuts drying time in half and has a couple speeds and temperatures.  What people don't know is that you can send these back to Elchim for repairs and maintenance for a small price.  You can't go wrong with this blower.

If you are looking for a hot dryer that last long and not to heavy , this is it ! Love and used for years and I am a professional hair stylist

This is a standard hair dryer - I would not call it  professional. It works fine after one month of use. I hope it lasts!

Basic hair dryer

A flame shot out of the blow dryer after 3
months of use. This was my 3rd Elchim 2001.  I have since upgraded to the 3900.
