I received the meat grinder — no delivery claims. But the meat grinder surprised me. Firstly, the tray does not hold onto the meat cone. Secondly, the print quality of the instructions is terrible: the text is faded and small. There is no information about the manufacturer, customer support phone number, or warranty. I don't know where to go with problems. The manufacturer seems to prefer to be incognito and not deal with customers. Very strange!

I had to return it. The machine didn't grind at all. The blades weren't even sharp. Was not happy. I probly recieved a lemon but won't be buying this brand again.

Well here's the thing.
The machining of the metal is not very good, it would definitely burn out the motor.
I'm a machinist by trade so I went in with a Dremel tooling to make it work.
But the average person would not know how to fix it!
So don't buy this grinder.

Not a good design

Awful cheap product. It broke within 2 minutes of use! It literally sounded like electric shocks inside, smoked like burnt plastic and smoke was coming out of it!!!
