Great tool with ease to use

How's everything I wanted works great could not be happier great product great price

great price. Great product

Pros:
-I like the ability to pre-set 10 radio stations on each of the AM and FM bands. You can then set it either to AM or FM and scroll through the stations. Only scrolls one direction though.
-I like the USB port that allows me to charge my phone or whatever else I want to.
-I really like the projection, the fact that it rotates, flips and has a focus wheel. It's pretty versatile. It will NOT show in a bright room but I don't know why anyone would expect it to.
-I like the compact size.
-I like the blue display. While quite bright, even on the low setting, I just turn it face-down at night and use the projection
-I like the number of sleep settings: 90, 60, 30 and 15.
-Dual alarm and wake to music or buzzer, can be set to one specific day, Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday, or every day. Hard to set but a lot of options.
-Date and temperature settings are nice if you want them. There is an option to set the display to cycle also.
-Nap timer in 10 minutes intervals up to 90 minutes is also a nice feature if you want it. It appears to only wake with buzzer on this, not radio.
-Good price--less than Amazon, by more than $10
Cons:
-I could NOT find any internal time zone setting on this clock. This is my second one so I have seen it before and was able to find it last time. However, this one keeps better time once set, which is the reason that I returned the last one.
-Set up and changes are NOT intuitive. If I want to change radio station pre-sets or even the alarms, I'm pretty sure that I'll have to re-read the instructions.
-Speaker isn't great, but probably what you'd expect from a compact unit. It's clear, just not a lot of fullness. It also seems to fade in and out a little.

Great features, not user friendly

Love the clock except for the blue numbers. It lights up the room way too much at night. Had to use black tape to cover it.

Love the projection

Overall this clock radio is a great value for the money. Hard to find another with as many features, even at a higher price. I agree with some reviewers that it is a little hard to set up. You simply have to read the instructions. Once set up, all is good. Projection is great and the USB charging is a very convenient feature as you don't have to unplug something else to charge on your night stand. I think the alarm is a bit quiet, but you can also wake to radio at any volume. It pretty compact, which is good if space is limited. Yeah the speaker is not all that great but passable, but what can you expect for such a small price. I didn't but it for sound quality. It really comes down to what features you are looking for. It alarms, projects, auto time sets with battery backup and charges. That works for me.

Full of features, value for the money

The overall quality and ease of set up was fine. However, the LED display is so bright at night that it interferes with my sleep (which is why I got the ceiling display to begin with). Even with the feature of dimming or turning off the LED display, the tiny little light that stays on for the alarm is ridiculously bright! So I'll have to put cardboard over it if I want to use the alarm, which is not helpful. In addition, the alarm itself is so weak that it doesn't do a good job of waking me up.. If you're a light sleeper or have a spouse that doesn't get up as early as you, it might work! The ceiling display is fine. Haven't tried the radio feature, assume it's also fine. So it's not terrible, but not as helpful as I had anticipated.

Not as helpful as expected

I love the time projection at night as I wear glasses and I can see it without them BUT the directions are very confusing as to how to set the clock and alarm with different numbers for the amount of days you want it to alarm. It doesn't explain how to get that turned off completely. To many buttons on the top to have to fool with.

Electrohome Alarm Clock Radio with Time projection

While a nice unit, I bought this with the expectation that its advanced technology would improve reception! As I found it to be less than my existing radio, I will have to forego its other great features and return it to my local store!

Dissappointed!

It was too light ...moved around when attempting to plug in to the USB charger.
The projection numbers were not clear 
numbers. I couldn't make them out clearly.
