We purchased this series as we did a lot of research on what would be the best at removing stains and would overall be best for a family of 4 with 4 dogs 4 cats and 21 chickens. This one was the winner. Since getting them and using them, they have lived up to the research and have gotten numerous strains of all sorts out and collect a vast majority of the hair our dogs shed

600 series washer and dryer

I purchased this Electrolux solely because it fit on the previous Electrolux dryers pedestal.  The previous Electrolux dryer lasted 5 years, right outside of the extended warranty.   Another issue of the old dryer (aside from dying) were items getting caught in the door while tumbling which ruined the item.  At the cost of these dryers plus the added pedestal Im really hoping that they have made changes and that this dryer lasts longer.  Can't any company make appliances that last and are reliable?

Hope this dryer lasts more than the last one

Purchased in October and have had to remove top to adjust side wall in order to stop drum from rubbing again thin metal wall. Lint filter vent gets blocked at each load rotation where clothes fall directly on top of the vent. This blocks considerable airflow and will eventually shorten dryer life! Poor design - look elsewhere!
