Quality is decent but weight capacity and overall size leaves something to be desired. I had to reinforce everything to feel safe hanging what you see in the picture on it.

Decent product for the price

Cannot be installed as shown. It has to be modified to secure it on ceilling or else it's coming down. I have my doughts an octanal electrical box would support the weight plus pots and pans put on it  as installation manual shows .

Would suggest a full picture of this be shown when

I have not received my shipment.  My phone inquiries indicated it would take 48 hours to determine the status and my online inquiries indicated that it would be 3 days before I could learn about the status.  And now you have the gall to ask for a review.  I would advise everyone to steer clear of this website.  They have my money but I don't have any product.
