Color

My first set of lamps arrived in heavily damaged boxes that were under a LOT of tape trying to hold the boxes together. 1 box was obviously opened and taken out of the box, packaging materials missing. The lamp bases were in good condition but the shades for both lamps were heavily damaged.

Replacing them was free and easy. I just had to tape the boxes back shut and drop off at a Fed Ex location. I had to wait for the lamps to arrive back at the center before they would ship out the new ones. 

Everything arrived quickly and I had my new lamps in no time. The new ones came in perfect condition and I am very happy with them. They are elegant and add lots of character to my room. Love them.
