I have another one of Tamal Dodge's DVD's and it's great too. He is very concise in his teaching and doesn't go too fast.

Element Hatha and flow yoga for beginners

Pain

Very basic but very effective. Slow pace and very well explained. For older folks like me, it is just what I need and it produces results. Price wasn't bad either.

this dvd was interesting, but i have never seen any of these poses he did before. i had done another dvd on yoga and this was totally different. its effective, but i wouldnt really call it yoga, more of a slow work out maybe?? yoga poses are usually held for breaths in between but he rarely does that, and he meditates a lot. there are 2 30 min sections and the first one finshes with a 12 minute meditation, and then the second one opens with another 10 minute meditation. its kind of a waiste of time that you could be doing yoga, he should meditate for only 10 mins or so, but out of 60 mins you maybe only do like 30 to 35 mins of yoga. i wouldnt buy another dvd from him.
