I’ve been using this product for years. The most recent bottle I received (Nov 2025) smells completely different. I haven’t decided yet whether I should return it- trying it out to see if it still works.

Did ingredients change?

I was hopeful that the Balancing Lavender Toner would be a good alternative to the Ginseng Toner I used before it was discontinued. Unfortunately, the fragrance is quite unpleasant and doesn’t provide the same refreshing experience as the Ginseng Toner. In fact, the scent is somewhat nauseating.

I’ve decided to end my subscription for the Balancing Lavender Toner and will try the Apricot Toner instead. I’m disappointed, as I expected the Lavender scent to be more appealing. Since it is quite expensive, I’ll continue using it until it’s finished, but I definitely won’t be repurchasing it.
