The best cleansing balm

I fell in love with this product when I first used a small tube that the store gave me. Cleanses the skin very gently. It does not tighten the skin. The skin of the face becomes cleansed and moisturized at the same time. I like to clean my skin with this product before applying makeup. I will buy

I'm amazed at how well this cleanses and removes all makeup with such a small amount. This is my first time using a product like this and I am very impressed. Love the fact that shipping is free too.

Amazing cleanser

Love the rose cleansing balm. It is like a mini spa treatment Light, delightful fragrance as it beautifully cleanses and leaves your skin feeling so moisturized!

Mini Oasis in a jar

Very different to my usual soapy cleanser, but what a lovely surprise. Skin feels hydrated, soft and clean to sum it up. Really enjoy using this and will be purchasing a full size when finished.

Alternative to the standard soap cleanser..

Nourishing, great at taking off makeup & sunscreen at night. Leaves the skin clean without ‘stripping' the skin of its natural oils (some balms actually irritated my normal to dry skin in the past). I really like that it doesn't sting the eye area, & takes off my eyeliner/eyeshadow within seconds.
The only con is a pretty heavy rose fragrance. All of my other skincare/makeup is fragrance free, hence I might be prone to noticing the scent more than others. If you are sensitive to fragrance/have allergies, however, I'd be cautious of this aforementioned factoid.

Great at taking the makeup off gently & swiftly

When I received it, 1/4 of bottle was empty.

The bottle was not full

Love this balm and have purchased many times in past. But the last purchase it came not completely full by a lot. Worried their quality control is slipping. Super frustrating since it's quite expensive. Considering not continuing to purchase even though the product itself is lovely and great for my sensitive skin.

Smells great but problems with quality control.

I love the balm, however mine was half full. I've emailed the company three times asking if this is normal , however , I've gotten no response from all three emails . Very disappointed
