I'm impressed by this multi use product that's just arrived last week.
I enjoy any new Elemis product that hits their market.
Being a highlighter gal at 63, this is a bit different then high strobing types with one use; to glow as of course highlighters do. Many are dry or tug on skin or just look 'over the top' with shimmer. I have many.. [I enjoy make-up and skincare]. Now I default to this mulit use product as it lends a healthy glow when used as a primer or after my primer, before liquid foundation. Also I use it apply lightly for a moisturizing healthy look on my face and of course to accent cheekbones after my face is made-up.
It has all the qualities if a very good highlighter and so much more.
BTW, my skin is very nice and people tell me this, as I've been using many of your skincare products for years now, I'm so grateful for discovering Elemis.
*I bought this myself*

Enjoying this multi use product!

elemis.com

Such a beautiful glow! I tried multiple times after my usual skin care routine. Unfortunately it does not apply well over too many serums . But perfectly with minimal products. If not it drys in patches that I can literally peel off. But i do have an extensive skincare regimen. My skin looks & feels the best it ever has. I don't need to wear foundation so this glow primer is perfect & makes my skin look beautiful!!

Light & Glow

I have been Elemis for 18 years now and have never been disappointed in any of their products. This new primer is no exception. It's of medium consistency and glides on beautifully. It has definitely improved the look of my foundation and seems to give it more staying power. It's even got enough coverage to pop on without makeup - which I never normally do as I'm late 50s with some thread veins- to walk the dog! I would definitely recommend it.

Best primer ever!

I was surprised how light and a little goes a long way! I used this as daily moisturizer under my SPF. I don't use foundation or anything very often so I love that this gives me a bit of glow. It's not over the top like some other ones but very subtle. I bought this on a whim on a recommendation from a friend and I'm glad I did! Will reorder in the future.

Very light and shimmery

This a grear multi purpose product, i have used it as a primer but also have put it over make-up as a subtle highlighter, its then gives your face a natural healthy glow, But dont expect it to give you any colour as whilst it looks cloured it doesnt really look coloured on the face, so please dont confuse it with a tinted moisturizer

mulit purpose product

A little goes a long way which is good. I've mixed it with some coloured balm and it does give a lovely glow. I find on its own, it sits slightly on top of the skin but due to Covid, I have not been able to have my usual threading to remove very fair down on my face. I would however recommend this product highly.

A glowing moisturiser

This moisturiser is definitely very glowy and does give a youthful dewy finish. However it should be noted that it contains some gold shimmer/sparkle flecks which are noticable around dry patches on the face especially by the end of the day. if you touch your face and then dark coloured clothes the shimmer will transfer onto the clothes.
having said this, this is perfect as a makeup primer, it really does illuminate and provide a glow through your foundation and helping it have a smoother less dry finish on the skin.

very glowy, but contains a shimmer/glitter

Beyond disappointed. I had been expecting a dewy, glowing complexion to complement the sun ive managed to catch this year, but i actually look like ive been attacked by my toddler with her shiny paint, it caked and pilled and seems to attract all the dirt (i used only a tiny amount spread evenly). Its probably only good as a highlighter but im loathed to even try that! Im a huge elemis fan, and up until this point, have always loved everything ive tried... i feel very sad about this

Just not good

So disappointed in this product. After covid I went off wearing foundations, but felt I wanted some coverage. This gives a very light coverage which is great. But for some reason it clogs on the skin and all you can see is clumps of the moisturiser across your skin. Really disappointing.

First time buyer

I've used Elemis products for years and love them so I was intrigued by this new product and wasn't put off by the price tag. However I was disappointed to find that it doesn't feel hydrating and it doesn't work well as a primer either - perhaps it's just my skin type but my makeup did not sit smoothly on top of this product at all. Overall a big expensive disappointment! I've since bought a year-round sun block from an organic brand that isn't designed as a primer but actually works really well as a base for my makeup.

Disappointing

Elemis Superfood Glow Priming Moisturizer, a 2-ounce skincare product in a beige bottle with white text and a white cap. Designed to hydrate and illuminate the skin, it contains kombucha, fermented ginger, and illuminating micro-minerals for a radiant glow. Ideal for priming the skin before makeup application.
