TensCare Elise Pelvic Floor Exerciser is a safe, drug-free device designed to help strengthen and tone pelvic floor muscles. It supports the improvement of symptoms related to stress, urge, and mixed incontinence, with an additional program designed to tone your pelvic floor for maintenance. Bladder weakness is not an inevitable part of aging or childbirth. Pelvic floor muscle stimulation is a clinically recognized approach to supporting bladder control, and the Elise PFE makes this therapy discreet and easy to use at home. Featuring digital controls and 3 pre-set programs, the TensCare Elise delivers gentle stimulation through an open vaginal probe with a biofeedback pointer. This stimulation activates the pelvic floor muscles, helping improve strength, tone, and muscle control over time. Many users report noticeable improvement in as little as 3–4 weeks when used as directed. Sessions last just 20 minutes per day and can be done while relaxing, reading, or watching TV. After the initial treatment period, a maintenance program can be used weekly to help maintain results. Powered by rechargeable lithium battery, the Elise  is discreet, non-invasive, and simple to use. An optional anal probe (sold separately) allows use for men and for fecal incontinence support.
