I ordered four of these filters in one order. They measure 20 x 25 x1. Walmart sent them to me one by one in four separate huge boxes, almost three feet tall, filled with plastic air pillows. The boxes themselves were flimsy. They arrived on three separate days. In two of the boxes the single filter was damaged and each has to be returned to a store. I had to put two of the damaged filters in one box (easily done) because the box is so big only one would fit in my car. There was no packing slip or receipt in any of the boxes. This is the most wasteful, inefficient method of shipping I have ever encountered.

Filters are great. Walmart shipping is very bad.

We ordered these filters because one of our Grandsons has developed allergies to cat hair, and we have two of them. We hired a cleaning service to house clean and a carpet cleaning service to do the floors. These type of filters were recommended by his doc to filter the air. We were told to run our A/C system ON MANUAL FAN for several hours before he comes over.
We had to order these online since they weren't carried in the store, but Ship-to-Store. It took two weeks to get three units in of the four ordered. The filters were 20x30". Each filter came separately in a huge box. What a waist of resources. All three could easily fit in one box. Then one filter was the wrong type of filter, but the price wasn't reduced. (Picking Error.) Then I had to go stand in line at Cust Serv to get a refund. Before store delivery, I got a notice that one was back ordered and probably won't ship. Bottom line, happy with filters received, disappointed in Site-to-Store service.

Good Product, Messed Up Delivery

I did my research on furnace air filters and this one surpasses any other on the market. The price can vary so definitely get it at Walmart for the best value price.

Excellent Filter

The furnace filters are great. They're 3M, after all.

I ordered 6 filters and each came in a box large enough to hold a microwave oven. Now I have 6 filters that I can hold in one hand and a garage full of cardboard boxes and packing paper. In a way, it was funny, but if you care about the environment, you won't be laughing at the waste.

Bad Packaging

Filtrete MPR 2200 Merv 13 is an excellent filter for the home. It withstands holding dense debris and pollutants in the air while still delivering uncompromising air delivery and equipment protection. **Note to the wise, I wouldn't use over MERV 13,  such as MERV 14 in home serting as it highly restrictive and may cause system failure - been there done that. Though thumbs upv- Filtrete is a must!!!

Without AC, I open windows at night to cool. But my wife has allergies and asthma and so she has trouble breathing, esp if there is smoke at night from any forest fires or prescribed burning. So the plan is to open windows and then close them in the early am and run the furnace fan with these high efficiency filters. Definitely made a big difference, but fan needs to run about 1-2 hrs for her to be breathing right. So this approach works, but is best if I get up early and shut the windows and get the fan running before she wakes up.

This product was more efficient than those available locally, came in my unusual 14 x20 size, and the price was the same as local filters not as efficient. One caution: My heating guy warned me that these efficient filters restrict airflow in the furnace and since many contractors just put in exactly the ductwork size that I need for heating, these filters will not allow enough airflow when the furnace is running in the winter. Then the furnace runs hotter than it is supposed to and it will shut off on high temp limit and he said it reduces furnace life. So I have other filters I use in the winter that are not as good at capturing particles. If I want to put in a electrostatic air filter or ac in the future, I have to change out my ductwork at least at the furnace and because of space constraints that is a $2000 job, just for the ductwork.

Good product at a good price

Been using this filter for a few years now. The 1st thing you notice is your house stays cleaner! 2nd is the filter get used up pretty fast. So replacement for us is about ten weeks.

More expensive but worth it!

3M furnace Filters

I ordered and paid for the Filtrete High Performance 2200 microparticle air filter and received the 1900 microparticle version in the mail. Otherwise, item arrived on time and in condition ordered.

Item Not as Advertised.

These air filters are excellent. I have ordered them from other vendors and find them to be an excellent product. For this order, I ordered from Walmart due to a cheaper price.
However when delivered the filters were damaged on the top. They were well packed so they were in poor shape prior to shipping. Poor customer service to send a damaged product. I will not order from Walmart again.
