I like this steamer - you can't buy one at the store anymore. it's perfect for 1-2 portions and I like the "keep warm" feature for the rice. I've used it quite a bit since I bought it and I think it will prove to be pretty reliable. Easy clean up too.

Good for price

Excellent for cooking small quantities of rice.
Switches from "cook" to "warm", which is helpful since it is not necessary to set a timer.

Good value

Worst designed rice cooker ever maid. You would think you are buying a regular rice cooker but no some bozo decided to make sure the only way to shut this one off is to unplug it.

Poorly Engineered poor Design

Mine was damaged so, I never got the luxury of using it! However, it would have been too small for my family of 7 !

So small!
