This ironing board is described as having a "sturdy design with thick steel legs for stability", however this is a lightweight and quite wobbly board. Part of the problem stems from the design of the plastic feet which don't allow the feet to sit flat on the floor, even though they appear from the photos to be designed to do so. Instead, they sit on just the short edge of each foot. In addition, the legs flex easily under modest pressure. My 30-year-old budget board is more stable, which, given I purchased this new one because I wanted a more stable board, isn't saying much. If it wasn't specifically marketed as being sturdy and stable I might give it two stars.

Unstable and Very Lightweight
