I received slicer for christmas and have used it twice-I love it. I own a commercieal slicer which is much too heavy to take out and put away easily, so when i received this i wasn't so sure until i used it. It's a great little machine and is easy to pull apart and clean. I highly recommend this product.

A friend of mine has one, and saw him use it and was sold on it, I bought one and used it to slice some tri-tip, and it worked awesome.
Would definitely recommend this product for home use.

Elite meat slicer

My wife had a slicer that cost over twice as much. It was a flimsy piece of junk. 
This one is sturdy and does an excellent job. 
She is happy with it

Pleased customer

I use this machine for artisan breads only, the bread has a very hard crust. This machine has no trouble cutting even slices. I just love it.  Recommend for artisan bread lovers.

Easy to use

This product is exactly what we wanted. We always process our own deer meat and have never used a slicer before but this one did what we needed and was fantastic.

Great

Compact yet handles a fairly large piece of meat. I particularly like the thinness of the cut. It allows you to cut deli thin slices, perfect for sandwiches.
Clean up is a little challenging. The sliding table and the support plate don't come off for east cleaning which I find to be undesirable. (small inconvenience though).

The pros outweigh the cons.

I used this slicer for beef and ham over the Christmas holiday and was very pleased with it.

great slicer for the price

I opened the product and tested it and was pleasantly surprised. It does what it says. I sliced an apple at various sizes to test it. It is going to make great apple chips, potato chips, etc. Can't wait to try it on meat.

Great slicer for a beginner.

We purchased this item as an upgrade to an aging and inexpensive slicer. The slicer's design is very nice and easy to use. Clean up was a snap. However, I was slicing a London Broil that was more than 3/4's thawed and the slicer tended to rip the meat towards the end. The next time I use the slicer i will definitely make sure the meat is a little more on the frozen side.

Never used one of these before, but it seems to do the job.

The slices are fairly thin, but I can't get them Bulogi thin.

It's okay

This is a low end product which I should have realized before I ordered it. The blade is very sharp but it is small and won't work for large cuts of meat. The plastic guard is cheap and flimsy and is definitely a hazard if you're not careful. It's also not easy to clean as food does accumulate in the nooks and crannies. If you are looking to purchase an electric slicer save your money to buy a better model.
