Smell

WHY DID YOU DISCONTINUE THE ORIGINAL HAIR OIL?!!!!   That was the best oil ever! The new hydrating oil is not the same at all! PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL OIL!  I'm begging you!!!!!!

Please bring the old formula back. Compared with the refillable, it's 100 times better. The refillable is not working for me, I will not buy it anymore in the future, and more than half of the bottle will be thrown away because it feels like cheap oil that makes my hair greasy.

Please bring back this original oil.  This oil was a superior product compared to the new oil being offered. The new oil has a too watery consistency. It doesn't tame the frizz of my texture as the original oil did.

Missing this product

This is *the best* product to smooth hair. My stylist had a bottle at the salon I use to dry my hair. The result was manageable, smooth, healthy looking hair. I'm so sad this was discontinued and not going to try suggested replacement because I have similar products from other brands. This product was one of a kind.

Why discontinued?

BRING BACK THE OG FORMULA ONLY OIL FOR MY CURLY HAIR! also bring back the original stronger scent! the og scent i would get compliments on. new one barely smells!!

Smell like grandma's perfume. The one with the orange container I used to use and this time I grade up to this. Smell disappointed. Why not just have no smell is better. It works well for the hair.!

My box came but inside , my kerastase was in the box backwards and leaked some.... dont know how lid was loose, and box torn:(
I hope my product is authentic...

The product was not sealed in any way. Not the bottle or the box. 
It could be any oil or else in the bottle. Kerastase  products always have a seal/box wrapped in plastic.
Just not trustworthy.
