I LOVE this cup! I take it everywhere with me! And it fits in a car cup holder!! Perfect for pool side cocktails! All the girls I work with has one and we each have our own color! Love all the colors. Cant wait to see what other colors get released. If it came in yellow I would buy it in a heart beat!!

This is by far my favourite item I have bought in a long time. I love the fact that it is glass, not plastic. It's really sturdy and feels very durable. And I just love the colour - I have a teal one.

I'm in love with my Ello tumbler

My nephew gave this cup to me because he said he knew I had a difficult time gripping cups. I've had it almost 2 years and loved his thoughtfulness. 
Great cup to grip!!

Great for Arthritic Hands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to handwash. Love the pink colour. Silicone grip is nice. Good weight & size, not too large. Lid kind of frustrates me at times, but is negligible.

I have used this cup everyday for awhile now and obviously clean it after each refill and even take the ring around the lid off and clean with a brush, but it has gotten to the point where it doesn't come clean and is just getting worse with black all over it and it won't even come off when I scratch it with my fingernail. It's porous I'm assuming and it's there for good…

Great cup, except the ring around the lid gets gross.

So the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that after a while you can't clean *all* the mold off the top silicone seal (it retains little specks even with washing)
BUT this is keeping in mind that I have had mine for 3+ years (I think?) and I use it every day, multiple times a day.
I used to drink boba/ iced tea or lemonade from it but the mold was just too aggressive so now with daily hand washing (sometimes you gotta take the silicone boot off too, even though it's REALLY snug) I feel like it's pretty safe to use still.
I wish they sold replacement straws and lids! I would replace mine just because it's been a while and see if it helps with the mold around the ring, but also my daughter likes to bite my straw which leaves it scratched up.

Hands down, absolutely my favorite tumbler for the price though!

I LOVE this cup. I use it every day but now I need a replacement lid and straw. The cup is in great shape still so I hate to buy a whole new cup. My only complaint is that I can't but replacement parts

Need replacement lid

I got a few of these tumblers for Christmas last year and loved them. Sadly, one of my grey ones broke so I decided to buy a new one and stock up on some other colors. The grey one I received was much lower quality than the ones I got as a gift last year. The silicone cover was much darker and was completely cut crooked, so it's lopsided on the glass and doesn't fit properly. I also got the sky blue colors to match my house and they're way more of a bright turquoise than what the pictures show. Also, the pattern texture is on the outside and not the inside (photo is misleading). Like the grey one, the bright turquoise silicone covers do not fit the glass cut outs and spill over the edges. This did not happen with my older ones. I'm super bummed because I used to love these glasses but it seems like the quality has gone down.
