Who knows glue better than Elmer's and leave it to Walmart to carry the best brands. These are colored purple but dry white they even smell like green apples to match the fall festivities. These are great for kids so it doesn't run but also perfect when you only need a dab. I like to have one or two on hand for my crafts and would you believe they actually work on metal I would have never guessed but I needed glue and this is all I had on hand, so I gave it a try.

Projects

Used it for replacing the twine on our car post.  This glue was easy to put on and visualize.  It wasn't messy and easy to apply.

Useful glue stick

I wouldn't send your child to school with you they're going to always need help to get the cap off, the Caps are too tight. The glue is weird because on one hand it dries too fast and on the other hand if you put extra so it won't dry it doesn't want to dry quickly enough and I literally have to put it in front of a heater to get it to dry. Your child is going to have the same issues with their school projects they'll likely get messed up either pieces will be falling off because the glue dried too fast before things were put together or insufficiently, or it'll be wet still when they're work is collected. I use glue sticks for things I need to glue and was out of my regular brand so I got these and I would not buy them again will not be buying them again. Cap is very frustrating. I expected better on this brand.
