If you sit at a desk and like your coffee hot this is fhe mug for you.  A bit expensive?  Yes! But you save in the number of coffes you would have thrown out because rhat sat cold too long.

Amazing product, it does everything that it promised. My partner enjoys his coffee even more now that he can take his time to enjoy it. 

I do wish that the temperature control was manually designed into the base plate of the mug rather than an app. I would have gladly paid more money for that option vs an app opinion.

The mug works well and keeps my tea hot - although I do need to use the hottest available setting which is 145.F. App works well for me. Only negative is the small size - smaller than most standard mugs. Overall good buy.

I love everything about this mug from the weight, the handle and of course the colour!!!

The only thing I wish was different was the capacity! I wish it was even 2 oz bigger! For some reason I thought the version 2 was 10oz but this is the exact same size as my first version, so I was disappointed. My coffee machine pours a 7.7 oz cup of coffee with which doesn't leave any room for milk or cream in this mug at all.

I enjoy the mug, when it works it does what it's supposed to do ie keep your coffee/tea etc at the desired temperature. My complaint is the Bluetooth connection is FREQUENTLY dropped and you have to reinstall. Wonder if I have a faulty mug, almost ready to return.

EMBER MUG

Just got a cup to replace my old one, which I used for 3 years before the battery was as bad as the new version. With the first version of the cup, I kept my drink hot plus two refills. With the new version, it keeps your drink hot, if you don't leave it too long. The battery went from a full charge last night to less than 90% over night(not used) This morning I was halfway through my tea and it said 18%. The app works better, but it's a waste of R&D when the product is declining. It will soon be a paperweight...  which nobody needs anymore either.

Don't buy.

It heats well, but why does it have an app? It's so unnecessary. And why does the app want my location? Why does it need bluetooth? Just give me a self-heating mug with a physical temperature dial or buttons on it. This product would be way better and way less expensive.

Why does it have bluetooth?

It looks amazing and the concept is great but it is a complete failure to use. It doesn't matter if I turn it on before I pour my coffee or after I pour my coffee, the software always says Empty. I cannot get it to turn on and choose a preset. If I pour the coffee out wipe the mug dry and try it all again in any order I get the same result.

Don't bother

I must have got a lemon which can happen but every time I try to login for support it goes nowhere ? How does this piece of dead weight get good reviews ?? My mug from day one is a useless paper weight! Never works, never heats, and batter lasts for a whopping 7 minutes ! 
Do yourselves a favour, buy paper cups they are better and much much cheaper !

Doesn't work

Please do not promise and not deliver. The app does not connect, ever morning the mug has disconnected and then you have to reconnect it and even then, you are lucky to have it work. Sometimes pouring fresh hot tea from the kettle and it does not think there is any liquid in the mug.  The change the LED colour feature NEVER works. Reset does not work, sometimes the power on and off does not work. My brand-new mug will not hit 100% charge. This is a garbage product, do not waste your time or money on it. ALL HYPE.
