I wear this vest while walking and do my exercise tape, very comfortable.

The reason I bought this was for bone building for osteoporosis. Very happy with this purchase. It's made well.  The 8 lb weight is ideal for my small frame

I guess I should have realized from just looking at the picture, but it rests uncomfortably between my breasts.   I assumed it would cross beneath.  It is definitely very cushy and comfortable and as snug as they say with very little movement when you work out (I don't run it it, though, so can't write about that). hence the four start rating.  I just don't like the fee of the pressure in between my breasts.  I'm a size B/C so I'm going to give it to my friend who is much smaller to see if she likes it.  If she does, I'll add that to my review.  Maybe a larger chested woman can be comfortable in it as it might rest right on top.  Or even, perhaps, different torso lengths will have it fall differently.
