This edging is very easy to use. A rubber mallet is necessary to install it because it will crack if hit too hard.  We have used it to prepare a flower bed by a sidewalk and to stabilize newly planted perennials on a slope.

Good for a quick edging job

Just finished hammer in some Choppers edging bought from Walmart over the weekend. It was easy to install just hammer in with a rubber mallet. For the curve corner I heated up the section with a heat gun and bended to shape the curve. I hammered in one by one rather than in section of three as suggested by others. I found it is more easier than in section.

They work as edging. 
One hint, to make it easier to hammer in, make sure the ground is soft & moist not hard & dry. The second time I used these, I took a hose and watered down the line where I wanted the edging, much easier.
I will be buying more.

Garden edging

Product did not go into the ground ay all.  They are supposed to be hammered in but they broke very easily.  Should only be used in loose soil environment.  I returned them!

Emsco choppers

Don't fall for this. Not worth it and price inflated.

Very poor product. Many broke when I tried pound it in the ground despite soaking it as per instructions. I would have returned it if I thought it would not qualify as I broke it. Highly recommend you stop selling this product.

Do not buy this product until you read my exp

The company has changed the product so much. They used to last for years. Now they break off almost immediately. You have to handle them very carefully.
