What it does
Energex Boost in shot provides a quick boost of energy while working on the central nervous system for better resistance to fatigue due to stress. Many studies have shown that adaptogenic plants can improve in a "non specific" way, the resistance and the adaptation of the organism, to all forms of stress (physical, nervous, intellectual) by modulating or balancing the functions of the organism. They increase tolerance to mental exhaustion and improve attention and mental endurance during periods of stress-related fatigue.

Dosage
Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 shot per day with breakfast, diluted in half a glass of water or fruit juice.
