Delicious flavor %26 works great! As a runner I recommend this.

I have tried EVERYTHING. These sit easily in my stomach during races. They go down easily, quickly & with no mess. They are my silver bullet (or GOLDEN bullet) to "slay the marathon distance beast." I've PR'ed EVERY race since using these, this year!

Honey Stinger

The original gold gels have been my fuel of choice since migrating from different companies, unable to find an gel that gave me the needed energy without destroying my stomach.  Found out about honey stinger in 2016, and was hooked after using it for a training run.  These are hands down the best out there.

Best gels on the market!

My only real complaint is I wish they were cheaper. Marathon training mean going through a lot of these especially on long run days. Nothing else compares that I've tried. These are easy to eat and taste good. I've tried other options on different courses and they all suck.

I use these to treat hypoglycemia. For that they work really well. The issue here is flavor. I had used the vanilla flavor which was great and very flavor neutral. The gold honey stinger taste is just too strong and sweet. I wish Honey Stinger would bring back the vanilla flavor.

Not a fan of the Gold

I used these for backpacking and trail running, and while the flavor is great, I will never purchase them again. I placed a bulk order of around 50 gels, I've packed probably ~20 of them and of those 20, 6 have exploded in my pack. I've had to wash 3 packs and everything else the gel has gotten on. I've never had any other brand gel explode. I even had other brands of gels in the same pocket at the Honey Stingers and only the Honey Stingers exploded.
