I wish I had a before picture. This product exceeded my expectations. We have a 1930's home with 3/8 oak strip flooring throughout the main floor and it really needed help. ZEP gave it it's life back.

I love this product. The results is alway amazing. I have been cleaning houses for long time and ZEP products are great never desapoint me.. My clients totally LOVE their shiny floor.. I highly advice to follow the direccions of  the bottle and use in a really CLEAN floor. Remove the dust before you use this product.

This is the second time I have used this product on our laminate wood floors.
It refreshes the shine with no streaks or cloudiness. 
I have only used Zep products on the floor since we bought our home 12 years ago
 If you make sure your floor is really clean before applying, and be patient for it to dry completely, it looks great.

Floors look as good as new if not better

I could not believe how wonderful my oak flooring looked it is due for a new sanding but now I can put that off for a long time.

I put multiple coats on our hardwood floors and they look amazing. Everyone is commenting on how great they look. We have not had any issues with footprints or marks on the floor

Zep helped revive 96 year old living room floor!

I think the product is excellent on old oak, pine, or walnut floors that the life is gone. They need to be sanded and refinished, but that is big bucks.
So for those floors, it is wonderful.
reading the reviews, I am of the firm belief, some prefinished oak, exotics, or laminate have a finish that is incompatible with the poly urethane. So my advice is to spot test any new prefinished flooring.
I think that will solve all the head aches.

great for non pre-finished floors

Works really well for shining the floor and I've noticed it helps reduce the dirty feel of the floor for a week or so with regular sweeping.  Doesn't seem to fill in scratches as I was hoping for , but I love the clean feeling and shine!

Nice Product

Used it following all instructions on my hardwood engineered floor and it never dries out, and after you walk on the floor after using this product - you can see every footprint and every mark - and then you can't get them out...

Awful - makes things worse, not better

I applied as directed and my floor is terrible. There are streaks and "dirt" looking smudges, and the floor is sticky! Please tell me how to remove this product. I have tried hot water mixed with vinegar with no success... it just smudged the product around.
