This is a set of: Engine Drive Alignment Bar Tool, Gimbal Bearing Installation Tool, Gimbal Bearing Puller Tool. Engine Alignment Bar Tool compatible with MerCruiser Sterndrives including Pre Alpha, Alpha 1 Gen 2, MR, R, all MerCruiser Bravo. Compatible with Volvo SX and OMC Cobra Drives. This Tool will correctly align all OMC Cobra and Mercruiser Outdrives with the exception of the Mercruiser TR and TRS Outdrive Models. Interchange Part Numbers: Compatible with MerCruiser - P/N 91-805475A1 & 91-57797A3; Compatible with Volvo SX - P/N 3851083; Compatible with OMC Cobra - P/N 18-4442. The length of the Alignment bar is 23-5/8 inch. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel. Alignment Tool Comes Without Black Oxide Coating. According to MerCruiser service bulletin No 92-9, the alignment tool must have the following sizes from front to back: 1.010" diameter, 2.200" long (section that fits into coupler), 1.150" diameter, 2.750" long, and 1.375" diameter rest of the bar (section that fits gimbal bearing inside diameter). We test all of our tools for this fit at the shop, using precision gauges and measuring tools. Gimbal Bearing Remover Tool compatible with Mercruisers, OMC, fit for Volvo, Cobra Bell Housings boat motor. Works on Mercruiser Alpha, Alpha 1, MR, Bravo, OMC Cobra, fit for Volvo.This tool allows easy removal of the Gimbal bearing. Gimbal Bearing Pulley tool is easy to use: This blind hole puller locks into the inner race of the bearing. Just turn the end of the tool with a wrench to pull the bearing out. Comes with directions on how to use the tool. Tool is made from high quality 1045 Steel, not a casting. Gimbal Bearing Installation Tool. This tool is compatible with OMC Cobras, Bravos, #1 Drives made from 1966 to current makes, including the Pre Alpha (R), Alpha 1 MR, and Generation 2. You will need the outdrive coupler alignment tool to use this tool. Note: This requires a hole drilled in your alignment tool. We cannot pre-drill these as different manufacturers make the mounts in different places. The tool comes with directions on where to drill the hole in the alignment tool for correct lineup. Our specialty marine tech tools kit are professionally made in the United States on the state of the art CNC equipment with 100% quality inspection.
