[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sit on a Herman Miller Aeron chair 5 days a week for several hours at a time during work. I've been a fan of the chair's mesh material and support but always felt the upper back and neck support was a bit lacking. This headrest was just the add-on I needed. The headrest was very easy to attach to the Aeron chair. The headrest is made of the same mesh material so it helps avoid dampness and sweat problems you typically have with leather chairs. You're able to make some adjustments to the height and angle which is good for finding the ergonomic position for your body. 

I might have gotten a slightly off shade of grey since I wasn't 100% sure if my chair was Carbon or Graphite colored but it works great nonetheless. This chair and headrest combo has helped with my posture a lot. In the past I would eventually slump into my chair about midway into the day but now I just lean back and rely on the headrest for support as I get tired. It makes a huge difference for me and leaves me a little surprised this piece doesn't come standard.

A great attachment for a good ergonomic chair

I have been having back, neck and shoulder pain and this head rest has improved my posture while using my desk.  It has helped relieve the discomfort in my shoulders and neck.

Well designed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headrest for the Herman Miller Aeron chair was very easy to install and set up and it really does match the look of the existing chair (I have it in "Graphite")  

You'd never know it wasn't part of the original chair. 

I'm on the shorter side and this headrest fit perfectly!  (taller people in the house think that the headrest is a little low but I like it like that)  I have the size that is better for shorter people, I think (H3) 

You can adjust it depending on if you're sitting upright or reclining back a little and you can adjust the tilt.  (Though this is a little tricky to make sure the headrest doesn't wriggle- you have to tighten it up.) 

Once you do get it set up in a way that is comfortable for you, it's definitely worth it for kicking back, listening to music,  watching movies or gaming.  I find that I don't really lean back against the headrest while typing and doing general office work, but for more passive activities it's definitely more comfortable and it feels like you're in a recliner chair  which is a total win in my book!

I decided to try the head rest and the ergonomics are just as great as the chair. It's sturdy, provides support with the right amount of flexibility and firmness. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During COVID when offices shut down and people were forced to work from home, I found myself in need of a good office chair for my home office. My old chair wasn't cutting it, especially with long days sitting at the computer.  After researching and asking around, I found myself buying a Herman Miller Aeron Chair.  While the chair was expensive, it was well worth the investment, as it truly is comfortable and helps you achieve ideal body posture.  I deal with low back pain, so really needed a good chair that would ergonomically support my body.  The one thing I didn't buy with the chair at the time was the headrest, as I wanted to see and put this chair to the test.  After falling in love with the chair, I knew it was time to invest in the H3 ENjoy Original Headrest.  Boy, by adding this headrest did it make a world of difference for my head and neck support. I felt like I was laying back on a cloud, after I installed the headrest on the back of my Herman Miller Aeron Chair.  I didn't want to get up after checking out of work for the day.  Once I did get up from my chair, I was amazed at how relaxed my body was. I didn't have the strained neck or sore shoulders, like I used to experience before making the switch to this office chair with add on headrest.  

Installing the headrest took a few minutes, and you have to follow all the instructions for a proper fit. But, once done, you will be amazed at how by adding the headrest to the back of your chair, it provides for a more comfortable work day.  Plus it really does look stylish and cool when attached to your Herman Miller chair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headrest was such a great addition to my chair.  It has helped my stiff neck that I get from sitting too long.  It has helped me relax and has given my neck the support that it needs. When I need to work on the computer, there is no longer the dread I feel because I know that my back with be in pain.  It has really helped me get things done, without the worry. It was easy to assemble. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. It has really made my computer time more enjoyable without any discomfort that I had before.  I highly recommend.

Relieves stress on neck!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty great headrest for the Herman Miller Aeron Chair. I'm 5'3" with herniated discs throughout my spine and this does help when I'm leaning back. But being as short as I am is a setback for true comfort for something like this.

I am buying another chair and will see if this will be better suited for my height. 

If you're looking for a neck/headrest for your Herman Miller or similar, this might very well be it.
